How It Works:

  • Register by 26 February 2026 to ensure time for meeting selection

  • Browse participants and request meetings with up to 10 people (you will have time for 6 meetings on the day)

  • Our team will matchmake connections and provide you with a personalised meeting schedule

  • On the day, a bell signals each new session, with dedicated hosts ensuring smooth transitions

How It Works

  • This lets us know you are booked in, and your details will be added to the scheduling list.

  • Once everyone has registered, we will send you another email requesting for you to select who you would like to meet with. You can select up to 10 people, and we will do our best to pair you accordingly.

  • You will receive a bespoke, personalised schedule of you will be meeting with and when, along with the table number you will need to be at. Please note that some of these meetings will be mutual, ones you have requested, or ones they have requested.

  • On arrival at the event, we will have some opening speeches, along with some instructions on how the event will go, then you simply go to the designated table at the right time!

  • Please stick around post the Event Exchange for drinks and nibbles.
